Refund Policy

To request a refund for any charges, please contact our customer service at support@upwardint.com. If, for any reason, you find yourself less than completely satisfied with any products purchased directly from Upward Biotechnology International via our website, you have the option to request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. This request can be for either a full refund or an exchange. Refunds and exchanges will be processed to the credit card that was used for the initial purchase. To make your refund request, please ensure you have the following:

  • - Proof of Purchase
  • - An unused portion of the product or empty product containers

It's important to note that the refund covers only the product's cost and does not include shipping expenses.


RETURN POLICY

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Before returning any product to Upward Biotechnology International, it is imperative for IBOs or customers to initiate the process by contacting our customer support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number. Packages received without this essential information clearly marked on the outside of the box may regrettably be declined, potentially resulting in a delay in processing your refund.

SmartShip Cancellation

To cancel or modify your SmartShip, please send an email to support@upwardint.com at any time, without incurring any penalties. You can also make changes or cancel your order by visiting www.upwardint.com. By selecting the "SmartShip" option on our website, you grant Upward Biotechnology International the authorization to enroll you in the automatic shipping program. This means that Upward Biotechnology International will regularly ship your chosen products directly to you. By opting for SmartShip, you also authorize Upward Biotechnology International to charge your credit card for the products you have ordered on a monthly basis. You retain the freedom to cancel at any time without any obligations or penalties, whether by sending an email to support@upwardint.com or by canceling the order through the upwardint.com portal. For the assurance of cancellation, all SmartShip cancellations must be initiated and communicated to Upward Biotechnology International within 3 business days before the next scheduled shipment.
